Using toothpaste with the Miswak method has got the world's acceptation. There’s many evidence that using toothpaste with Miswak method is very effective to the health of your mouth and teeth. Moreover, this method has also got appreciation from:

WHO (The World Health Organization): The Miswak method is very effective for the teeth and mouth health. In the Hadith –(Islamic resources data base)the summary of the saying of Rasulullah SAW- the word "miswak" is frequently found. For examples, Rasulullah utterance said: **"Use Siwak yourself, actually, the Siwak cleans and beautifies your mouth". (HR. Ibnu Majah). **"If my followers don't mind, I'll command them to use Siwak every time they pray". (HR. Bukhari Muslim).

The reasons for this can be traced to the prophet Muhammad Pbuh, who has been quoted as saying: "You shall clean your mouth, for this is a means of praising Allah", "The Siwak is one of fine implements for cleansing of teeth and a pleasure to Allah", and "I am ordered (by Allah) to use the Siwak so that I take it as if it has been written down for me (as a special commandment)".
